How are the 50 minute sessions organized?
For your first session, I block off the whole hour to allot time for paperwork, measurements and miscellaneous discussion. So we still physically exercise for 50 minutes. We discuss nutrition while you are working out, and I'm always available for nutrition counseling outside the session--via text or email. I have had clients shoot me an email asking me what to order at certain restaurants, if that gives you an idea of my accessibility to my clients.
You are welcome, also, to arrive 10 minutes before your session and use any of our cardio equipment to warm up.
